    I bought an expansion pack for Forza Horizon 4 called Fortune Island today, it was on sale so I found it a great deal to buy.I made the payment via PaySafeCard, they took the money.In
    the Purchase History it shows that it is "Rejected" I attach the photo below.I am counting on quick help as I have neither the allowance nor the money spent on it now

    That either means the card you were using sent a request to the phone of accepting or declining the purchase and I believe it was declined through the bank.

    Your payment instrument could not be authorized. Please contact your provider, or try a different payment option.

    Wrong, declined does not = declined by Bank, contact Bank.

    Declined in this issue = declined by Microsoft Online purchase protocols. There is nothing wrong with the bank or the card. There is no support to fix individual problems/occurrences and Microsoft is not working to resolve this, period. I've talked to them
    and I was told more or less. Not sure if or when this might be fixed, so go by points at amazon or gamestop, because it might never be fixed.
