Declined my Order?

In June I Pre ordered Call of Duty black ops 4 Digital Deluxe edition and I played the beta and it was great! When it came out on October the 12th I played it until October 18th when the error occurred. I received a email from Microsoft saying the order
was declined. I then checked my game and it says you need to buy this item. The email says the following-

Hello there! Thank you for shopping with us. Unfortunately, something went wrong at our end. We couldn't process these items in your order, and we've had to cancel them. Do I get a refund I did check my bank account and there has no been any refund.

My Payment Method Was Declined

So at first I wanted some on add ons for Mkx and then when I tried buying Jason Vorhees it said Use a different way to pay We couldn't get authorization for this. Try a different or new way to pay. If you have more questions, ask your bank. So at first
I didn't care but then after I tried buying something on Amazon and it said it didn't except it and so I tries other sites like Barnes and noble and other sites and it still said try using a different payment method and there is nothing wrong with it before

Thanks for your post, if the order came out as declined then there should have been no charge made to your bank/credit card. In order to correct this simply attempt to re-purchase the game. When a pre-order is placed a hold is usually made on a debit/credit
card for the amount of the game and then released back onto your account, a few days before a games release is the time that the charge follows through. If there are insufficient funds or the charge is declined, this is what results.
