    I bought the games AKKA ARRA along with deliver us mars & Horace on my xbox series x , for some unknown reason I could not play deliver us mars, said i did not own the game after downloading it, I refused a refund which i received and was very please with the service. However today I noticed that both Horace, and AKKA ARRA would no longer work & both games had been removed from my library.

    I once again went on line to request a refund with the intention of then repurchasing the games, this time although they have refunded me for Horace they have refused a refund on AKKA ARRA as i have played it (for all of 5mins). However they have not fixed the issue and I no longer own this game despite paying for it, and it appear Microsoft have removed all 3 games from my library & I have no recourse to request a refund neither will the reinstate the game to my account.

    I have finally had enough of the whole x box ecosystem. It is totally unacceptable that games that you have paid for can be removed from you account without any recourse, or way to appeal the decision. After over 20 years as an Xbox owner it looks like I will be going back to PC and Sony for my main gaming needs. I will be selling my series x & purchasing a PS5.

    Refund request denied

    I have requested a refund for a game that doesnt work, error code 0x803f8001. I have tried everything recommended to make the game work (power cycle, reinstall several times, soft reset, removing profile) but nothing works.

    I read that maybe a repurchase could make the game open, so after requesting a refund stating my problem and intent to repurchase, i recieved an email telling me the refund has been declined. After asking why it was declined when the problem lies with Microsoft,
    i am told that i have reached the refund limit for the year. This comes as a surprise, as during my 10+ years of being an xbox user, i have never requested a refund. After providing evidence that my account has no requested refunds for the past year, i receive
    the same email again.

    Seriously what is going on Microsoft? Denying customers valid refunds and giving out the same invalid excuse. I was looking forward to the Xbox series X but now im feeling i can't trust this company or their customer service for another 6 years. Maybe Sony
    would have done a better job?
    Sony actually wouldn't give a refund at all if the game has even started downloading unless the developer of said game came out and stated that there were known issues with the game.

    I had my refund declined too. say they dont do digital refund. but they refunded me fifa 21 3 weeks ago. makes no sense. I have clips of bugs, game crashes, a glitched out mission that cant be finished. Yet they say no refund because ive played the game.
    of course ive played the game! wouldnt know if its buggy if i didnt play it. Not sure what to do now though since they declined it and i cant do another refund claim

    My copy says it ways declined even though I have the money in my account. I have just looked and the money has been taken out off my account and I have a transaction number.
