    Dear Microsoft,

    Please fix Xbox Live. I have been a member of Xbox live for 12 years now and every year it progressively gets worse for gaming. This past year, I manage to average 2-3 complaints a night against modders. The network is so slow that it is rare to have a good-excellent
    connection anymore - this causes players to jump around the screen making it impossible to aim at. Twelve years ago I had an internet connection of only 10 Mbps down with a ping rate 15-50. Currently I have 200 Mbps down with a similar ping rate. Halo 2 was
    quick to get into a room, zero host issues, solid connections, and minimal cheating. I would love to upgrade my Xbox 360s (I have 4) to Xbox One units, but the Xbox live network keeps degrading. I have tried filing numerous complaints against cheaters and
    they are on every night still. I even joined the Xbox Ambassadors program to try and get some leverage to no avail. You had and may have a good product but its main purpose has been so diluted that its a shell of its former glory. The original Xbox and Xbox
    live experience was fantastic - it was fast, quick menus, and solid game play. Times change and Xbox experience has too, but please figure a way to making gaming online enjoyable again. If not, please encourage developers to include bots in their games as
    online gaming has become a wasteland for modders.

    Serious conversation guys. Is Xbox headed for the apocalypse because of its console naming scheme?

    Prediction: Xbox will experience a resurgence in the next several years.

    PC gaming and the Nintendo Switch will experience a decline.

    PS4 stays the same.

    need for speed achievement fail

    try clearing your cache of updates then load up the game & decline the update you'll be signed out of xbox live but the achievement should unlock

    Why does it say im flagged from being an ambassador?

    Things have changed, they are being more selective now. There is no official word on why you can be declined, but as said, just get more Xbox experience, and try again in the future.
