Decline in quality and customer service

You may be asking yourself... Should I buy an Xbox or a PlayStation? Well you have to ask yourself one question. Do I want my gaming platform to completely break JUST after the warranty runs out? Not if, but when I have a problem; do I want to so hours of
research to fix it or talk to someone who cant do a damn thing either way?

If you find that fun then you NEED an Xbox. However, if you want your platform to last and not get goated into paying hundreds in post-warranty repairs or a new consoles all together then PlayStation is where you should go.

My options for “customer support” was to talk to a fellow gamer or make a post in the forums. What a joke.

Sincerely a long time Xbox owner and a fed up consumer.

Good luck in that department, had too many friend's just throw their playstations in the bin because of the problems they have and there was no way to get it fixed and there was less customer support for them. All platforms have their issues, at least
Microsoft has options for customer service.

good luck, playstation is just as bad, they even removed the forums so people cant help each other.

For me the money is irrelevent, it's the gradual decline in the quality of the service that makes me completely disagree with the OP.

Xbox always offered better services and better support to customers. That is what I require from a quality gaming service.

I think, Xbox are the responsible to contact them, we are paying for the service, and I think, we deserve a quality service as customers.
