Decked Out achievement not unlocking

I have the same issue but for the "Decked Out" Achievement on Overwatch and have followed all instructions but no luck. I have the rewards in-game for the achievement but it hasn't unlocked for me.

I have all slots filled except for the relic and mod. I just beat the game on normal but did not run across the necessary color for either of those two slots. Just curious.... where did you obtain them and what level & play-through were you on when you got
them?

Please friend me for the achievement. I'm on most nights. I would appreciate the help. Thank you

fully unlocks a deck for use before winning the required duel, you will only start out with being able to use 2 partial decks at first

I had unlockied the apex predator deck. and was in the deck manager looking at the cards. I decided to buy a key to unlock the whole deck and changed the cards in the deck. When I went to exit, I was asked if I would like to save and I chose no by mistake.
When I went back in to try and rebuild the deck again it showed no cards unlocked and 12 of each of the lands in my deck. I deleted the game and key save and re-downloaded again. Same thing, it should the apex predator deck unlocked but when I loaded it in
the deck manager no cards were unlocked and 12 of each lands where in the main deck. loading the game and picking the apex predator deck shows nothing but land cards in your hand. Hope that helps.
