    Hello Microsoft, I know i made some mistakes with other random players, I already made my Questionarie, but you told me "Decision Upheld" but you don´t tell me your exactly decision, so I just want to know the answer, Is it going to change something. Are
    you going to give an opportunity or I will have to wait until the report is gone?

    Please let me know as fastest as you can.

    (Sorry for my mistakes, in the case that I have few of those, please forgive me, my language is Spanish, so I am trying to learn)

    Another of my question is that y receive two reports, first for communication, then for abusse and threats, is that ok? or there was a

    Hello my name is Armani and i have a suspension on my account and i didn't do nothing wrong. i filed a case review and it says that the decision is upheld and i wanna know if the enforcement team will update me again and how long will it take for them to
    investigate my account. i hope someone will help me with this because i did nothing wrong.

    how do you know that?

    You don't get a timestamps of occurance

    For very good reason

    Suspensions are rarely instant

    It would be days or weeks ago

    And no they won't tell you when You occured

    To prevent retaliatory actions

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. If they upheld their decision then you will have to wait out your suspension.

    Bro, so i just wait 3 days for that decision, they did not read my comments, i was apologazing for what I did, so that means I´ll have to wait until July 10 so I can play online again? Did you saw the message? That guy told me I was a bad player, he does
    not have the right to criticize me, All I did was defend my position against him, so he should be reported too right?

    You can read the rules, and if somebody bully me he should be suspended, not me.

    Please bro, do that favor to me. If there´s nothing you can do, it´s all good. Peace.

    If the enforcement team upheld their decision, then they've already investigated your account and decided the suspension is warranted. There is nothing else you can do, but wait it out.
