    Decided to uninstall and leave program now having issues playing discs on my series x


    Having problems getting discs to load without having to shut down console first for hard restart. Everything was fine before the uninstall now something seems off. I downgraded my ultimate gamepass to core just before uninstall and now I can't play halo infinite or gta v and I have both discs, no damage and disc drive works. Only thing that was different was downloading insider hub and selecting a few things getting a bit confused and changing my mind on it, now xbox has gone weird.

    I can’t get Fable 3 to play in any capacity on my new series x. I have the disc and digital version. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and once I hit start to go to the game it slows then freezes and goes no further. Anyone having same issue or fixes

    So I apparently just wasted my money for an Xbox Series X game…

    It is compatible with a Series X. It is not compatible with the One or a Series S since it doesn't have a disc drive.
    According to my Xbox Series X|S, the disc is “incompatible”, and I can only play a compatible version of it if I pay $62.99 for a new copy WITH EA Play.

    It actually does. I got the Series X this holiday at $349, and the same disc is working perfectly. I have determined that the Xbox One X disc drive is trying to read Cross Gen discs differently than Xbox One discs. The disc drive on the Series X doesn’t have this issue. You might need a new disc or you might need to send your Series X for maintenance.

    EAFC 24 - how do I transfer my game data from Xbox One to Xbox Series X?

    It's good, I managed to get it to work! I uninstalled the Series X version and transferred over the Xbox One version and now I can play the Xbox One version with all of my progress on my Series X. It's not the same as playing the Series X version with upgraded graphics but at least this way I can still keep playing my manager career on the new console without restarting.
