Xbox Hardware should be upgraded for the next generation of technology.

Your better off playing games on your desktop if you want a powerhouse gaming rig. The specs for the Xbox One will probably stay the same throughout its life cycle.

    Unwanted Deadrising3 update - 13Gb!

So a couple weeks ago I rented Deadrising3, played it for a weekend and decided its not for me.

I get home from work today and 13Gb has downloaded automatically, for a game I'm never planning on playing again.

    Anyone else share my frustration?

Wow, you drastically overpaid unless that price includes a nice monitor, SSD, and/or other accessories.

Yeah, not to put down your rig, but any $3000 rig better have a 780TI instead of a 770. I'd love to know what else you got though Decided to Get a New rig today, Share your Specs :) Update us!

I run an i5-3570k, GTX 660, 8GB 1600Mhz RAM, 1TB 7200RPM HD, Windows 8. Built it .... I want to say about a year and a half ago? I'm on Steam too, but not as much anymore. The main game I play on PC is Titanfall Decided to Get a New rig today, Share your Specs :)

I have a turnkey system with these mouthwatering specs:

CPU: AMD FX670k (i.e. an A10-6700 APU, but with the iGPU disabled)

GPU: nVidia GeForce GTX 645, 2 GiB GDDR5 (an underpowered, OEM exclusive card)

RAM: 12 GiB DDR3 (one DIMM is from Samsung, the other from Hynix)

HDD: Seagate 2 TB (might rebuild it into a clock some day)

16 GB SanDisk SSD cache (helps crash the computer)

    A noisy DVD burner

An outdated motherboard (MSI 7778 I think)

    Windows 8.1

It can run five year old games at the lowest settings and still achieve almost 20 fps. Decided to Get a New rig today, Share your Specs :p

If I had money, I'd build something respectable though.

Zacabeb: Have you ever considered adding in a midrange AMD GPU? I just watched a video yesterday talking about building a budget gaming computer for Mantle, and it used an A10-7000 series as the CPU without problem on mantle games. I believe they tested
it using an R250 and 270.

Yes, it's crossed my mind. With the iGPU natively disabled though on the FX-670k branded A10-6700 there's no hope for Crossfire support (if it would have worked out in the first place). I'm planning on building a better PC altogether though, this one is
an interim solution from when I retired my ancient Windows XP machine in the spring.
