December Gold Quest

Hello, I got a message telling me I completed Decembers Quest a couple weeks ago and it says I have until 6-30-2018 to redeem it. I just tried redeeming the code today and it's telling me it's already been used and I didn't use it. [Mod removed, we would
advise against posting any codes on the public forums]

Xbox Game pass reward not given

Well i got my code on 13/12/2017 and have only started the quest in December as i started the quest on December 4th. So the December quest is the only one i have taken part in. I best be getting put into the 24-karat gold-plated Project Scorpio Edition Xbox
One X, its the whole reason I've been doing in this month.........

I tried support chat and they sent me to the ambassadors, the ambassadors sent me to support chat, support chat sent me here. pretty disheartening that I am getting no help on this one.

It does not appear that the token you provided to us is valid is it possible some portion of that is missing?

We would suggest reaching back out to the
chat team to see about getting the token checked as we would advise against posting any codes here on the forums as they are public.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. This error message appears when the previous month's Xbox Live Gold Quests are not able to be completed by the account. The Xbox Live Gold Quests for December are not active at the moment. The error message
will be removed once December's quests are posted. We recommend keeping an eye on the Xbox Live Gold Quest section of the console. The Xbox Live Gold Quests will be announced soon. We hope this helps!

If you have already received 1 Month of Xbox Live Gold, it sounds like you are set for that month's quest. Just to clarify, when did you receive that reward, and which specific quest are you posting in regards to? If you are posting
in regards to December quests, those codes have not started sending out yet. December quest rewards will deliver in waves by the end of January.
