December 19th "medium" Tripeaks

What is wrong with a medium Tripeaks that is impossible to solve? I've tried repeatedly to solve it over and over again with the same result each time; even when I've changed the way I play the cards. One 5 is always left behind no matter how I stack them!
And I have gone back through the deck of cards to see how they are stacked in order to take out certain cards. There are no lesser numbered cards available in the remainder of that deck to take out that 5 at the top. I'm normally good at Tripeaks..even the
Expert Tripeaks. This is aggravating and I really think it's an unfair way of setting the cards up for a loss. Another thing..why pay for a game that only relieves one of commercials. A bit more incentive would pique my interest.

December 30 TriPeaks Challenge

I need help solving the December 30 TriPeaks challenge, please. It's rated medium, but it feels like more hard or expert.

I have tried to do Tripeaks - dated dec. 19th. Is there anything wrong with it. It is not a difficult one to do, only two stars. I have tried everything!!!!!!

I'm a frequent player of this game, and noticed I haven't done this challenge yet, either. Testing it out a few ways, I ended up at the same spot that you have: That 5 was still there.

While I can't tell you exactly what moves I made, I adjusted my technique, which is something that needs to be done sometimes to solve these. Instead of clearing out everything as soon as I could, I waited to clear out that J on top of the 5. This left items
available to clear out with the lower numbers in the stack. The hint that caught me was that 6 right next to the J. If you wait to clear that out, you should be set.

The commercial issue is what gets me. Paying for Premium should be relieving all ads in the game, as well as providing you extra coins. The most common cause of it not working is because of playing the game under a different account that doesn't have Premium.
If you look at our Commerce Site while signed in to this account, do you see any purchases for Solitaire Premium? If not, it's likely it was done on a different account.
