    I have an Xbox 360 S 4gb. Whenever i try to update from Xbox Live, I end up with the error code 42FC-42FE-1380-267F-C000-0185. I tried to use another wifi and got the same thing. When I use a CD/DVD, it says my console is up to date. It also does not
    recognize the update on a flash drive. I have already removed the last update and it still did not work. Are there any other ways to fix this and update my xbox without sending it in for $100?

    Unable to download Kinect Sports Rivals Preseason updates

    I tried downloading Kinect Sports Rivals Preseasons on Dec 18. After completing the game download, the system said I need to download updates. Soon after the updates download started, I got error message "There was a problem with the update. You need
    this update to use Kinect Sports Rivals Preseason, but something went wrong. Visit
    www.xbox.com/xboxone/update/help

    I tried rebooting console, rebooting internet router. That didn't help. One Xbox One tech support told me on Dec 18 that the game found errors and they are fixing the errors, creating patches. He suggested that may be the reason I could not download the
    updates. I tried on Dec 19, same issue. Another tech support told me that the updates should be available for download by the end of day on Dec 19. I tried on Dec 20. Same issue.

    Has anybody experienced same issues? I know some colleagues who could download updates in late November, early December.

    Any suggestions for fix?

    Has this just started in the past few hours, or was this an issue before then?

    If this is a new issue, it's most likely related to an ongoing interruption of the Xbox Live service that's preventing many users from signing in or downloading updates. Try this update again when the
    Xbox Live Service Status page shows that the problem with Xbox Live Core Services has been resolved. If you're located in the US, you can choose to receive a phone call or text message
    when service is restored.

    If this is a problem that existed before the current service interruption, let's start by checking your storage. Visit the storage section of the settings menu on your device and see if the internal 4GB storage you have shows up as "Unformatted"
