    Hello, i am brazilian and i've been trying for days to contact, by phone, the Xbox Brasil support without success. They never return my calls, and i want to pay my debts. Can someone help me?

    Xbox 1 month has re-newed after I cancelled it. Payment hasn't come out and I have been charged double for it not being payed?

    SORTED. My account was in debt from recurring payments. Now sorted.

    Money on your account cannot be used towards gold subscriptions. The only way to pay off the debt is by credit card/paypal.

    Sorry, but phone support is the only way to contact the billing department. They are the only ones that can help with billing issues.

    Check if you have a debts with your payments, you can check this in your Microsoft account in the Payments and services section.

    This means the payment method has an issue, you should try a different payment method or contact your bank, usually it's because a debt on this account or a different account on a suscription but the best option it's to try a different payment method
