    Whenever i try to buy a game the payment methods menu comes up and i used to have my debit card info saved but now it just disappeared. So i try re entering the debit card info but once im finished and hit "save info" it just goes back to the payment methods
    menu without actually saving the info. I tried entering the info onto the microsoft website and it says it is already in the system. I checked my debit card balance and there is plenty of money in it so i don't think it could be my card. Please help.

    Not true. A lot of factors go into whether or not you will be stuck with the charges. Never EVER use your debit card online. Not sure what state you are in (I'm sure each have their own laws on the subject) but as a general rule debit cards have very little consumer protections. So, I guess be careful.

    Paypal not listed as an option to pay the remainder of the purchase.

    You have to choose, PayPal or Credit/Debit card as primary method of payment, then you will get the option to split payment between MSC and PayPal and Credit/Debit card.

    The only accepted payment methods are PayPal, credit/debit card and in Germany direct debit, also the prepaid cards for Xbox Live and Xbox gift cards.
