Debit card fraud

You might want to contact Microsoft at the link below. Also talk to your bank about your card being used in unathorized transactions so they can issue you a new card maybe.

Does any one else know your account's password? It's better to reset your password and see if issue still exists.

I have a similar issue, I have removed an old card 5-6 times and it always appears back. Very annoying. For your situation I'd recommend contacting Microsoft again, as irritating as that may be.

I advise you to activate the web security of your debit card, so on every purchase you make a text message will arrive with a code and you can decide whether to make the purchase or cancel it and report
the fact. This and my advice I hope I was clear

If the bank details are reapearing on your account and purachses are been made then someone is reentering them. Microsoft cant stop other people knowing your details. You should report this too your bank and cancel the card right away.

With regards too the charges you didnt make you can request a refund but this needs too be done with in 14 days of the purachse and you need too of played less then 2 hours of the game. It also cant be dlc or VC (in game money) like v bucks.

If they wont give you a refund then it doesnt meet those. You can talk too the bank and report it has fraud. Depending on the banks policy and the laws in your country they may refund you.
