    So my question is is when did death threats become Okay Because I have a literal voice messages of death threats I have reported them Everyday now And Xbox enforcement refuses To do anything So again I ask when did it become okay To threaten to murder a whole family? Also add i even tweeted it at xbox support for nothing? If nothing is done by 5/21/21 ill just sent it to the news xbox live is NOT a safe platform. Kill the sells huh maybe... Enforce the TERMS OF SERVICE AND CODE OF CONDUCT you had everyone agree too. For legal reasons at the vary least.

    Death threats are definitely not okay, but because the enforcement team receive thousands of complaints daily and have to investigate each one, investigations can take time. If you feel threatened outside of Live, you should also contact the police.

    local law enforcements don't deal with cyber threats. I will have to contact the Federal Bureau of Investigation Internet Crimes Division. I'd hate to waste there time and have them subpoena MS. It would be Microsofts best interest to handle this situation
    themselves.

    Do I fear for my life over this? Not in the slightest. Do I feel that kids should be able to get away with sending death threats? what do you think? Social online gaming has taken a turn for the worst in the past couple years. The old school "good game"
    has now turned to "your garbage" "homo" "try hard" etc etc. I get hate mail daily. it doesn't bother me. I find it humorous and make montages out of them. But sending death threats is a whole different ball game. it is not OKAY to think one can get away with
    these threats, be them serious or empty. there has to be a line where Microsoft says enough, and I think Death Threats is a good place to start.

    There is a clear difference between death threats and competitive trash talk in FPS's. Like I said,
    He wasn't making death threats! Making death threats is when you say "I'm going to come to your house and kill you", "I'm going to find you and kill you", stuff like that. Saying "I can't wait to shoot you in the head" is not a death threat
    when said in the context of Call of Duty.
