I wouldn't worry too much about the future of Xbox, friend.

I can say that some recent happenings and decisions have, well...slown down the marketplace and people's interests. The problem is, the only real exclusive titles that have released for both consoles would be the ones that also were delivered for their previous
generation (Sony released Killzone for both platforms, and Microsoft released Titanfal for both of their platforms). As you can assume, both are still trying to cater to those of the previous generation, whilst future titles will be new-gen exclusives and
still need polishing and TL&C before making their debuts.

Keep in mind that Sony is much more popular in Japan, too, and already tons of B-rated JRPs have already been launched on the PS4, and many American consumers who find interest in those very games have attributed to their success as well. XBOne has yet to
release any exclusives (with the exception of Forza and Titanfall), but when it does, they'll drop in a heap along with other exclusive Xbox content.

Remember, this happened before. Sony struggled to compete with Microsoft at some point and vice-versa during the last generation, but they eventually began to reach equal popularity. Xbox isn't going anywhere my man.

TBH, I'd be concerned about Nintendo, and even they have picked up the slack recently.

Why exactly does Xbox need to act as a liason between developers and gamers? Developers have open relationships with gamers via forums and social media.

As far as the Xbox One not having games, maybe it doesnt have the games you want to play. Ive got plenty to play and even more coming. But like you mention in your original post, I would rather developers take extra time to decress bugs then to rush out
trash.

And lastly about "console favortism" clearly you didnt read my post. Xbox gets exclusive content as well, just not for Destiny. Just because the content isnt for games you care about or want does not mean the Xbox doesnt get favored with certain developers.
