    dear Xbox support. I’m here today to tell you that I want someone band or get there gamer tag changed cause it says “I shot up ****” & 50 people died that day an 400poeple got injured & please I don’t don’t want to see anything like that in the Xbox LIVE gaming
    community, thank you for your time.

    Permanent account bans are not given without intense consideration and review. These bans are for extremely severe violations of the Xbox Code of Conduct. Permanent bans are not eligible for review and the only option is to create a new account.

    If you feel it's offensive, you would need to file a complaint on them via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate them.

    Search that gamertag via your Xbox console and select the "Report" option under their profile. Once there, select Gamertag as the report option and attach a comment for why you feel the GT is worthy of reporting. That is the best and quickest way to have
    it reviewed.
