    Dear Xbox Support,


    I have an account that has been banned in 2012 and still is banned till 12/31/9999. GT: xSAVAGEx ROCKSO. i never got a warning for this ban. and i never really got to fight the ban. i was in the wrong place at the wrong time and someone with a modded console
    joined my mw2 lobby and prestiged my account. an somehow im in trouble for what they did to me. and also somehow i was suspended again even after already being banned in 2013. i find it unfair that i will never see my account because of some ones action. i
    would love if you go an review my banned account an consider atleast making the ban less severe.

    Dear Xbox support

    Search that gamertag via your Xbox console and select the "Report" option under their profile. Once there, select Gamertag as the report option and attach a comment for why you feel the GT is worthy of reporting. That is the best and quickest way to have
    it reviewed.

    If you feel it's offensive, you would need to file a complaint on them via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate them.

    Sorry to hear this happened to you. However, no one here can help with enforcement actions. You can only get information for the ban at
    https://enforcement.xbox.com then click the hammer icon.

    In your case I don't think you'll even be eligible for a review on this ban though due to the amount of time since it was enacted.

    thats the thing im unable to case review it says ineligible so there no way to fight it.

    Unfortunately there are no other sources. A case review would be the only way to possibly have a suspension lifted. You would have had to contact the enforcement team within the first year. At this point there is nothing else that can be done.

    Permanent account bans are not given without intense consideration and review. These bans are for extremely severe violations of the Xbox Code of Conduct. Permanent bans are not eligible for review and the only option is to create a new account.
