Dear Xbox Moderators, I was banned for an entire year, and I would like to know why...

I am well aware of the strike system and how it works so you don't need to remind me.

Recently I reported somebody for harassing me and calling me a racial slur. I used to be friends with this person up until about a week ago. On Monday night, He messaged me via Discord, showing me, he was banned for two days. Clearly this upset him because he began to hurl homophobic slurs at me and called me several other names. He mocked me, stating that 2 days didn't mean anything. Him and his friends then threatened to report my account and told to go F myself and have a good one.

Sadly, I seen this message about 2 hours too late and (starting Tuesday) I already had been chat banned for 366 days. The last suspension I had was about 3-4 months ago, and it was for cursing at someone (as in [mod removed] (a little in-depth than that lol but I still took the ban and did my time) since then I Learned to follow the TOS and literally never curse/be offensive or even defensive to or about anyone or anything, whether that be in voice chat or party.

Because of this, I reasonably assumed there was no reason I could ever possibly be banned. That was until I, like I said earlier, checked my e-mail and seen that I was banned.

I reasonably assumed that I was under attack via Mass Report, just as my ex-friend suggested/threatened. And I submitted an appeal stating all of these facts and asked what reason I was banned for and what specifically did I do/say.

(I understand what part of TOS I am suspected of violating I would like to know what I did\Said to violate it).

just to have my appeal denied and have a slightly more in-depth version of the suspected TOS violation that never once stated the specific instance in which I broke the Terms. Of. Service.

This account was suspended for displaying, sending, or sharing sexual content on Xbox Live. This can include, but is not limited to:

• Pornographic roleplay or sexual conversations
  
• Sexual profanity
  
• Sexually suggestive imagery
  
• Sexual harassment or bullying using sexually suggestive terminology or threats
  

I have never once said or sent anything remotely pornographic or sexual.

The fact that proof was not provided, and my account was still suspended is utterly shocking.

A person who I reported for saying the N word only got a 2-day chat ban, and there was, in fact, evidence. (AKA the message in which the person said the word).

But for my account there seems to be 0 proof of any wrongdoing, only what I can only assume is a mass report by the friends of my ex-friend, got banned for 366 days? Where is the exact message/voice clip? I won't except this ban until I see real proof. I wanted to know what exactly I did, not a "slightly more in depth repeat of the suspected TOS violation".

If proof is not available, I would request a reevaluation on my suspension.
