Dear MS! Please give instructions how to purchase your subscriptions and apps in not supported ...

Dear MS!

Seems you are ingoring a lot of countries where customers are bought xbox consoles. Because of impossibility to purchase GOLD and games these consoles are useless!

I am from Latvia and, dear MS, give me an advance how to deal with you and get games without hacking the console.

I have got such troubles:

1. Latvian is not supported.

2. Changing region not helps because latvian credit cards not working and can not input valid billing address

3. I have tried regions US and UK - nothing works!

3. I have tried add PayPal payment method - it not works because of error PBR9002

Why your neighbour Apple can make clear and fully working payment system in AppStore, but you - not?

Please teach us and show working way to!

What if my country and region is not on the list?

If your country/region is not on the list of supported countries or regions, then it is most likely not supported for Xbox Live. This could limit your gaming experience, use of apps, content, and more.

There's is no instructions if you don't live in an xbox live region no one can tell you how to bypass your local laws

Every business must have an license to operate this included online services ms if they cannot get an license they cannot operate online service's in that's country

You will have to find your own work around

We cannot five you exact details on how to get services that aren't in your country

If you want xbox live petition your chamber of commerces and xbox.uservoice.com

Ms is always adding services but it's also an issue getting licenses from an country and government too

 

I feel cheated ... Nowhere in any advertising consoles not mentioned about this issue. Why on xbox.com is no remark like "blah blah blah all this good things are available only in supported countries"?

Why Azure services are available and are paid without any problems from Latvia, but xbox services not?

 

The box for the console does state that Live is not supported in all countries.

 

Understand that Xbox Live is not supported to all countries. Being said, if you are unable to purchase recurring Gold subscription using any valid instruments may it be your region is under US, UK or other regions, you can try purchasing a prepaid Gold subscription
from any retailer store near you that sells Xbox.
