    Dear Microsoft, this is coming from a costumer who is pissed off, annoyed, disspaointed because of this.

    I have been getting the error that says that my disk is "dirty or damaged" so the game installation only goes to a certain point and the installation stops, well this has not happened to me with one game if not with 4 games, i dont know with what poor quality
    cheap material you manufacture these game disks or if that you still have that anti-used game policy that you guys manufactured the games only to be installed a certain numbers of times on the Xbox One console. The disks that are getting that error have no
    scratches, are nor dirty, or well there are nothing wrong with them, they look brand new, btw on other consoles (their competition) i have used scartched disks, and guess what? they install perfectly fine, no errors and even faster than Xbox One games, gee
    even a DVD game on other console (their competition again) works perfectly fine on the console, no errors/glitches of any kind, also aren't Blurays way more resistant than DVDs? Well Xbox One Blurays are not.

    Maybe the problem is a Software issue but im not sure about it, cause i got another copy of one of the games that got that error message and it installed perfectly fine, but anyway if it's a software issue it's still dissapointing. (Anyways if someone has
    a solution on that point tell me)

    This is nothing new, this has being happening for many months. Buying another copy of the game is not a solution, I mean spending money again and again until I get a 100% working copy of the game? It's not fair, a solution for tihs issue is:

    A) If the problem are the discs, make the games with good quality material, no i dont think you have to make the games more expensive because their competition uses good quality material and the prices of the games are the same as the Xbox One's games.

    B) If it's the Anti-Used game policy, please atleast tell me where in terms and conditions is that point, anyways Microsoft, remove that policy because that is one of the worts policies i have ever seen.

    C) If it's a Software issue, fix that on the next update, I have been through a lot of updates and it's still the same thing.

    Thats my post, I am pretty pissed off, annoyed, dissapointing that an 8th generation console has those issues, I hope Microsoft fixes that issue definetly.

    By the way Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, I hope I have a 2017 (etc) with no issues on my Xbox One nor on the games.

    Dear Microsoft,

    Do others use this controller? You may not be aggressive when you play but perhaps others are.

    I know that when my son plays he has his own controller because he pushes a little too hard on the sticks.

    Dear Microsoft,

    It's not that I'm aggressive, I take very good care of my things, I don't think I've ever been angry at a game in the past three years, I've never thrown my controller and I usually try to clean them too. It just won't connect. Tried multiple battery packs,
    tried re-syncing, the thing just doesn't want to connect.

  6. And now I'll give you my opinion! I'd consider going digital in the future for your games. It's what I do and I have had the joy of never being pissed at my disc drive. Dear Microsoft :)

    I'd go digital but buying anything on this crappy store is a nightmare. Now every time I try and buy something I get a stupid error: "Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again." Nothing has worked, Bank says everything's fine, Microsoft
    says everything's fine...I about to give up....seriously. Thanks by the way for making us buy one by one, ridiculous. I bought 3 DLC and now all I get is this stupid error, I am in the US and Using US Region so **** MS, ****!!??

    First of all I’m sorry that you’re having the issue with your account and hope that you can get it resolved. I’ve looked around for the error code you reported and there is no error code 8007ee2 but there is an error code 80072ee2. Status code 80072EE2
    occurs when you try to buy content on Xbox LIVE and refers to error code 80072746 which occurs when you’re trying to download an update to your Xbox 360 console. If you’re seeing this message and error code, it means that the update failed to download to your
    Xbox 360 console.

    There are solutions. Since you are convinced your connection is good you can skip testing your connection, although this is a good way to prompt any missed updates. Make sure you have enough storage space. The latest console software update requires at
    least 190 megabytes (MB) of storage space. If you do not have enough free space, you need to move or delete some items. If you decide to try to download the update again try connecting directly to your modem, resetting the modem, and then prompting the update
    by testing your connection. If you have tried those steps, then please try clearing the latest update, and give a direct-modem connection a try. To clear the latest update, follow these steps: 1.Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and
    select System Settings. 2.Select Storage or Memory. Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller. (It doesn't matter which storage device you select; the cache will be cleared for all storage devices.) 4.Select Clear System Cache. 5.When
