Dear Microsoft, Xbox players in Taiwan have been facing these issues for over a month

Many of us cannot view the achievements section on our Xbox and the Xbox app correctly. Once we click on one of the games to view their achievements, the "loading ring" will spin for a long time, after that it will just tell us to try again later.

Also, we cannot access the "Privacy Settings", "Family" and "My Home Xbox" sections in the Settings app on our Xbox One, they are all suffering from the same "loading ring of death" issue.

We have tried to resolve this by many different ways (contact the local Xbox support, hard reset, sign out and sign in again, changing the DNS...), but none of these work (the local support said it's a known issue, but it's been over a month, and the problem
has not been fixed).

Hope any of you can help us out.

"Please Fix Your Saved Games" Error after I Updated the Redstone Preview on my Xbox One !

Dear Microsoft ,

I've been facing the same problem over and over again after I updated my Xbox One to Redstone Preview few days ago on 23rd June , and i've found some solution in the xbox forum that i need to Hard Reset my Console to Workaround it . And i already tried that
for several times but still facing the problem when i'm trying to play my game (MAD MAX) .

Please provide Solution ASAP !!!

 

No Ep.5 of arcade game "walking dead" on the market place of Taiwan.

If any staff of Microsoft seeing this, please help us to feedback to Microsoft Taiwan.

It has been two months for the releasing of Ep. 5 of walking dead and no releasing on Taiwan's marketplace.

We keep asking the staff of Microsoft Taiwan and they did not try to explain why no release in Taiwan.

They ask us to argue with the game company(Telltale).

That is what Microsoft Taiwan should do, not us, right?
