    Dear Microsoft, please do something with your products!!!


    I was lucky that i got the afterglow ag7 gaming headset. Well i felt lucky then, now not anymore!! can't get it to connect. tried everything and still doesn't work. Don't know why, probably because you want your customers to get a remainder that Microsoft
    products are not good? I'm so pissed of i actually wanna go buy myself a PS4....

    Can't update Privacy and Online Safety Settings - Unexpected Error

    Dear Microsoft the problem with Minecraft W10 described above happens even for adult accounts. Of course I've tried also with child account with required permissions. The same happens in both cases. So it's not related to child's account settings if adult
    account cannot connect to the multiplayer servers. Please do something with it.

    The Afterglow AG7 headset is manufactured by PDP, a third-party company. Microsoft has no part in manufacture of the headset, other than "officially licensing" it.

    You will need to browse through PDP support (Afterglow AG7 support page) to troubleshoot your headset problems.

    Xbox is not the company dear friend. it is a Microsoft product. so sorry for your bad luck. I never had a problem with my s or later x. So sorry for your trouble. Wish you better luck in the future.
