I would say very nice of you. First you jumping the customer 4 hours around. Then you cant solve the problems on xbox one console. As a solution you offer to take customers console and return it back when you like. After this all, you just break the chat
window and leave the customer without answer.

Is this the normal Microsoft support way to close the discussion?

People, trust Microsoft products, trust Microsoft support. I do not. Not any more. Thanks for nothing. You only messed up all my settings in my xbox console, even i warned you it beforehand, and the problems still exists. Better to forget the Microsoft xbox
one console with super bad user interface and super bad reliability.

Fortunately, i got a lot of material for the next blogs, i'll write. Thank you very much. Those blogs would not be so pleasant to Microsoft. Maybe you guys in Microsoft should learn something here, but i doubt you will do. You are little bit too hard headed
to take the lessons. The thing what happened to Nokia, will happen to Microsoft, sudden near-death. I predicted it for Nokia and I have strong feelings for Microsoft now.

Because of the lack of common sense and the sophisticated way to handle the customers, its time to move on. PlayStation, here we come.

What is your favorite XBox360 game of all time?

I would say i dont have a favorite but if i had favorite(s) it would be the call of duty modern warfare 2 , black ops, and modern warfare 3 , Halo reach.
