DEAR XBOX one support I was wondering if you could make some type of software that hides peoples ip address when black ops 3 comes out there will be people who boot you offline in league play it is currently happing in the xbox360 black ops 2 these people

Hi my brother has just bought a 250 gb xbox 360 slim console the console works brilliantly but my family consists of five people and there is 4 computers in the house when im always on the internet or when any one of us is on the internet it lags the xboxs
connection to live so my point is that he always bugs everyone in my family to shut off there computer Please can anyone help me with this problem

As long as you use an official Xbox 360 S hdd in any model Xbox 360 S you are OK. It's possible that your original post was misinterpreted as promoting the use of an Xbox 360 "Classic" hdd in an S model, which a) would not be possible unless you were to
mod the hdd module and b) if you DID mod a Classic hdd to fit in an S console you would be in breach of the TOU.

I don't believe anyone is suggesting that using an official, unmodded, un-tampered with Xbox 360 S hdd in the hdd slot of a Xbox 360 S 4GB model would be in any way breaching the TOU.

What make and model router do you have?

Wired or Wireless connection to the console?

If wireless, are you using any encryption? If yes, what type?

Do you have one or more of these enabled? uPnP/DMZ/Port Forward?

What is your NAT type?

Any Error Codes you encounter?

What type of internet do you have? Cable/DSL/T1/3G?

Who is your ISP (Internet Service Provider)?

Do you have the most current version of router firmware? You can check the manufacturer website for this information and compare it to your router information.

Go to speedtest.net and run three tests; one close to you, one far from you and one in between. Then post your results here, including the ping.

whats your bandwith or DL/Up (are you dsl/cable/fiber?) sometimes it might just be a port that needs to be opened or in some cases you might just need to get a new modem/router

EDIT: but if your wireless you are losing too many packets, i rec. using wired (you get way better speed that way anyway)
