    So my account got banned till July 18th for cheating I was wondering if you can take it off because my friend was mad at l me and he kept reporting me on different accounts so now i cant talk to my friends and play online games I was wondering if you could please

    that's the thing is I just served a suspension and the next day after suspension is up, I randomly get notice that its permanently banned. i was in the middle of a game I just don't understand.

    I am just expected to be okay with consequences handed by enforcement team and still have no resolution or further detail just because their stuff isnt working?

    Hey there

    Welcome to the forums.

    If you are meaning that the player had booted you offline by ddosing you. Please report the player through their gamer profile on the Xbox 360 or on the Xbox One. From there please allow the Xbox Live Policy and Enforcement team to investergate and take
    relivent action onto the gamer. This will take time.

    .

    You may want to contact your Internet Service Provider and ask them for a new IP address for you. You may want to try resetting your box, to see if this helps you with your problem.

    .

    Once blocked reported player, please block communications with the player and change your privicy settings. This can be done through your Xbox 360

    .
