Dear Enforcement team: Case number: [Moderator removed]

My gamertag changed all by itself last night and i couldnt understand why, upon talking to a customer service representative, i was informed that my gamertag had been reported as offensive and the only way to chnge it would be to pay the $10 to change it.
i feel this is unfair to me as a customer because my gamertg was not intended to be offensive, it just may appear that way my old gamertag that had been changed was
[Moderator removed] the [Mod removed] part of it is commonly misunderstood to be offensive, but it really stands for "being extreme to chivalry and honor" it is my clan tag.

i have been an xbox live user for more than 7 years and have had an original xbox, two xbox 360s, and i also have an xbox one. between all of the money spent on these systems, and accessories and my subscription to xbox live for 7+ years, i think that it
is very unfair that i should have to shell out more money because someone misunderstood my gamertag and it was changed without my knowledge.

Noreen with Microsoft Safety has asked me to contact you all about my account. I have never had an Xbox and I have been getting e-mails regarding XBox Live. I also have some account info on my Microsoft Safety account regarding Xbox which needs to be removed.

There is no phone number for the enforcement team. Submitting a case review on the enforcement site is the only way to contact them.

 

Enforcement do not visit here.

It make no difference what your interpretation of the word is,if can be seen another way it will get a forced change.

All these forced changes recently are most probably the result of the enforcement united programme where ambassadors get to chose what they think is offensive.

 

im not arguing the change, i understand it can be intrepreted on different levels, i just disagree with the fact that they are expecting a loyal customer to pay for this when it was not intended to be offensive in the first place. with what you are saying,
i can basically file a complaint against any gmertag including yours, and others could do the same and then you would have to pay to change your gamertag at any random persons' discretion. i do not think this is right. that is my point here, and am expecting
that i will not have to spend my hard earned money on something so trivial.

If you have a question regarding a FNC then please make a post in this forum. It is the only forum where you can contact the PET. Also you should have been sent an E-mail stating why you were issued an FNC.

As no one outside the PET has access to this type of information I am going to lock this up.
