    Dear all


    I have a problem with my NBA 2K17 Legend Edition. I can access the standard edition, but when I want to enter the Legend I am prompted to purchase it again. I have confirmed with Xbox support that the purchase has gone through, even though they cannot see
    the license under my entitlements nor can they see a license for a standard edition. Help or feedback would be greatly appreaciated.

    Hey there Elmskov.

    Sorry to hear you're not able to access the game. If support was unable to find a license tied to your account it sounds like there may have been a hiccup with your purchases. Have you asked what options they're able to provide? They might be able to refund
    the game and allow you repurchase it.
