Deals with Gold prices while on a live trial?

So I'm in the middle of a Xbox Live trial, and I went to Xbox.com just to see Deals with Gold. I noticed Titanfall was on sale, and when I signed in, I saw the discount price. Iwent to the store on the Xbox itself, and I see the same price. The whole thing
seems weird because on Xbox 360 if you're on a trial you don't get sale prices. Can I actually buy this game at this price? Or does Microsoft realize their mistake and take the difference later?

Even GTA V has a high price (for example), but occasionally there are offers such as

Deals with Gold with DLCs and games at lower prices for a limited time.

Different price tags

Seeing similar issue. I have purchased XBOX gold live but don't see the discounted price when I try to purchase the game

Madden 2016 listed for $17.99 on Deals with GOLD.

But see $59.99 price for Madden 2016 when I click on Download from Xbox Store.

Sorry but in order to enjoy the benefits of Deals with Gold or Games with Gold you will need to have a full Gold membership. A trial is not a valid membership and only gives access to some benefits.

Sorry but in order to enjoy the benefits of Deals with Gold or Games with Gold you will need to have a full Gold membership. A trial is not a valid membership and only gives access to some benefits.

The 14 day trial cards you get in some console or game boxes are a "Gold light" membership so to speak.

That 14 day trial will only grant you the ability to play online multiplayer or participate in parties.

You do NOT get any other benefits like "Deals with Gold" (reduced prices for game deals), "Games with Gold" (free games each month with your Gold membership) or Cloudstorage.

However, the full month trial WILL give you access to these features.

If you do have the trial already, simply try to
go to the Games with Gold page, and try to get a game. If you see the game price reduced to 0,00 with your Gold Trial membership, the Cloud save will work.

It soumds like a a deals for gold price?

If so that would be why if you are using a trial it doesn't apply to deals for gold

Those only give temporary multiplayer access

No free games or discounted deals for gold games
