Deals with Gold prices seem wrong, am I wrong?

yesterday I saw resident evils 4,5 and 6 for $9.99 in the deals with gold category, today it is still in the deals with gold category but there is no price drop it says it is $19.99.

I'm wondering if this is a fluke, there is no cross out of the original price like there would be on a discounted game.

on the website it does state that it is to be -50% off, but does not apply the discount either.

If this is not a fluke why is it still in the deals with gold category.

anybody know?

Deals with Gold game prices taken down already?

In addition, just to make sure it wasn't an issue only through Xbox live, the prices are also incorrect on the web through Xbox.com. It only seems to be affecting the Deals with Gold on Xbox One, the Xbox 360 deal prices are correct.

Charged full price on sale items

Hi there,

Yesterday, September 23rd, I purchased two games currently discounted on Deals with Gold, but was charged the full, undiscounted price for these two games.

The games are:

Styx: Shards of Darkness

Deals with Gold - 60% off

Regular price - $64.99

Sale Price - $26.00

I was charged - $64.99

Order # 6517645685

and

Kholat

Deals with Gold - 33% off

Regular price - $19.99

Sale price - $13.39

I was charged - $19.99

Order # 3374553403

If you could please refund the overcharged amount on these games, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am guessing it just hasn't updated yet in your region, check it tomorrow and see if it has changed. If it hasn't call support.

The price has probably been listed wrong. As far as I know the price for the gold subscription has not changed.

The game is actually in the xbox 360 section of the deals with gold (last in the list).

I checked also other countries/currencies and while on the promo page a 75% is advertised, the real discount is about 25%.

I really never checked that game so I don't know if the starting price is wrong or if there's an error in the promo (being it the discount rate or the final price). Hopefully it will get fixed soon providing
the advertised 75% off.
