Deals Unlocked Punch Card not tracking puchases

This one doesn't have a start punch, just a purchase counter $0/$40 which when hit takes you to the deals page and click when completed punch.

Apologies...my bad. Could have sworn I'd seen a start punch for it....just looked and, yep, has an after punch.

Unless the punch card is simply taking a few days to work (to prevent people buying games then refunding them without playing), then contacting Rewards support is the only option

You would need to contact Rewards support and ask them to look into it and hope they manually credit you. A lot of people have been having issues with this punch card....generally punch cards are very hit and miss as to whether they track

I am presuming that you clicked the punch card first before making the purchases?

It's worth about £7. I use points to renew my game pass ultimate sub.

It's irritating because I am buying games that will not be played for months due to time constraints, but are on my wish list and heavily discounted. Sometimes a refund is easier, there will be another sale in future.

I did finally get a generic reply from support, saying that they had looked at my account and they would award me "??" points in 120 hours. They apologised for the delay due to heavy volumes of complaints, which is a poor excuse as this is caused by their screw-ups.
