    'Deals' page from Store not loading, everything else works fine


    Basically what is in the title, my connection seems good enough and while I cant check the deals I can search the games manually, have tried doing hard resets, sign in and out but nothing seems to work.

    Same thing, messages don't work on the app, everything els works fine.

    Same thing if I logg in to xbox.com on Safari, everything except messages works. The page gets stuck in loading and never finish :/

    There are various reasons why the Deals page won't load. It can possibly be due to a server connection error. To properly isolate your concern, please clarify the following information:

    • On which device are you trying to access the Deals page?
    • Are you referring to
      Xbox Deals with Gold      ?
    • Have you tried to access the Deals page using a web browser?

    Thanks for the reply, I got it working for some reason by changuing the Location to the US, not sure why it worked though.

    Sonic generation won't start

    Hi, I uninstalled and reinstalled but same problem. The game loads up fine, I press the controller to take me to start page but it won't work from there. Any suggestions?

    The controller works fine for everything else.
