    Dealing with this problem for five years now.


    I have been dealing with this issue for about five years now and it is getting a little annoying that it has yet to be fixed. I have reward points that have not been converted and I have not seen the conversion to credit in quite a while. I would like to
    see it converted so I am able to use the credit to purchase games. I have posted on this issue several times over the years and I would like for the excuses to stop and the problem to be fixed. I have been a loyal xbox gold member for over ten years and have
    own xbox since it first came on the market. Please fix this problem please give me my credit.

    No power to Xbox1.

    I've been dealing with this problem for more than 2 months now. Without any resolution.

    Trying to get help through support but won't accept my address, so can't get past this screen.

    In the 2 years I've had the x-box one it has been non functional for about 5 months.

    Seriously no one is alienating you. But this is getting a bit old. I mean seriously you should see the deals I'm swing here in Australia. Xbox one with kinect and five games for less than I paid. And don't even get me started on the Xbox 360 deals that are
    going on right now. After all the years I put into that with 4 rrod, do I feel they owe me anything. Nope. Early adopters always get the bum end of it but we also get to play it now. Could you really have waited a year? I know I couldnt! And yes I read you
