    Dealing with sexual chat on Xbox


    after some advice as to how reporting and getting someone banned works. Have 20 odd screen shots of a young player spamming sexual comments to a 13 yr old girl and 10 yr old boy. reported via my account and daughter's account. Also chatted to Xbox live chat
    twice so try see what is happening but it seems nothing so far. So what does happen and generally when?

    Yeah, sexual themes are inappropriate, but ones dealing with blood & killing are fine. I'm so glad the moral police are here to look out for us all.

    Sorry to hear this. The PET investigate all claims made and take action on any account that has done something against the Code of Conduct and Terms of Use of the Live service. Sometimes this can take some time though as they do get thousands of reports
    per day.

    You can also take those screen shots to the police and report it to them as well as your children are underage and you don't really know the age of the person on the other end.

    In the mean time I would ban said gamertag that is spamming sexual comments to your kids.

    You just need to go to their profile and you should see "Block" it would stop them from being able to send messages to them.
