Deal with all accounts on the same IP

People have avoid me reputation and then just make smurf accounts to harass others. Smurf accounts that are used mainly to troll need to have the action taken to all the accounts because this is ridiculous having people get disciplined only to have it mean
nothing because they just make a new account to continue the same antics.

360 and One on same gold account

Does anyone know the restrictions there are on the same Live gold account being used simultaneously on a 360 and a One? Do both consoles need to share the same IP or would it be possible to loan my 360 to my sister-in-law for Netflix streaming?

 

Constantly getting disconnected from XBOX LIVE. Really frustrating.

I am having the same problem when connected wirelessly with the two-antenna adapter. Why is there no official response to any of these posts?

I have tried soft and hard resets of router, opening all necessary ports, using DMZ for Xbox's IP, resetting to factory defaults on the xbox, and manual and auto set of IP on both the xbox and router. Still keep getting disconnected after 15-20 minutes.
Whats the deal?

While this would be a good idea, it really isn't since there might be others on that IP address that have not done anything, say a little kid, a brother, a dad, whatever....pushing them because someone else on the same IP did something would be counter intuitive
at that point. Another reason why this wouldn't work, is someone could use a spoofer to mask their IP making it look like its coming from some where else. IP bans wouldn't work. The best thing to do is to just ignore the messages, block/mute them and report
them... eventually, their system will get banned.

 

I have another idea too. Temporary console banned, like 24 hours, if they repeat, 1 week, rinse and repeat 2 week, rinse and repeat again, perma banned console hehe

I agree that's annoying, but in reality these are just kids that have no clue once they reach adulthood, yet some of them learn to adapt some become criminals and such.

Take into consideration that some adults like myself get false reported for saying little things most other adults can brush off. Not kids these days they report anything and yet they get away of saying stuff towards other players on mics which is way more
offensive, its grinding my gears towards how much Im going to hate Microsoft soon.

they are trying to make you pist so that you would react to their messages and once you message back your owned because they will report you and you get the fault.it happend to me in the past and i was so stupid to fall into their trap.like many other

How wonder old you are. yet no one is perfect. So as in ANYTHING you say to any child can get you banned. I know this because Xbox enforcement team has their own hidden agenda. with mic or without microphone you can still be suspended. Yet adults can brushed
off most of the insults off like "that's nothing", but children nope, they always want to fight and see who has the most power over the internet.
