I've been in stores (in the US) that actually have small print on some signage that clearly states the store will not honor pricing typos. There is no law stating they must. The price is an offer, not an obligation and expecting the absence of human error
is unreasonable.

 

If the OP really wanted this film he would have contacted support and pointed out that there's a deal advertised on the marketplace that isn't working at the advertised price.

Instead he baited a bunch of people on an interweb forum who don't work for Microsoft and they all swallowed it hook, line and sinker.

 

Tzar, believe me. If MS had a buy back program I would be more than happy to take the 300 + dollars I paid for my X1 and use it towards other things.

One thing would be getting my cell phone repaired and continuing service on it. But that's not happening anytime soon so I'll just have to nickel and dime it until such time as I can afford it.

Yes, around 10 PM EST this past Sunday (When xbox support was closed btw) the $4.99 ad was there but it's now Monday so you wont find the dailey deal ad for sunday today.. XBS: Is this a prank call?
