    Hello guys,

    is there a way to set the deadzone of the sticks to a minimum? These 4 ways (smooth, instant...) to use the sticks aren`t helping me to fix the deadzone.

    1 Day one Xbox one controller.

    1 Elite controller.

    And no problems.

    Bought an Xbox 360 controller mostly every year because of thumbsticks deadzone problems.

    So for me,the choice is easy.

    Elite controller deadzones

    There seem to be a lot of these threads lately.

    I wonder if these controller issues have something to do with the recent update?

    OP, did you check if there was a firmware update for your controller?

    Why does a standard Xbox controller not have stick deadzone configuration?

    Deadzones aren't really intended to fix stick drift. Stick drift is a fault that needs repairing.

    And the customisation is another reason to buy the Elite. They need to make it different from the standard controller.

    Oh, I see. That's a good question .Controller deadzone is the amount your control stick can move before it's recognized in game. The best way is to adjust the deadzone in your controller.

    I've been through a bunch myself. I like the Elite they last a bit longer and seem better built. What game are you using the controller mainly for? Try increase deadzone on the analoges sticks to 20%? That may help

    Yeah im on my second one now in less than a week same problem stick drift on the right playing apex..... this controller is being promoted along side this game so if you have to set your deadzone to large playing in linear which apparently is specifically
    for elite controllers whats the point? Rule of thumb if you have to use a large deadzone its time for a new controller! Both lot 1945.
