    Deadzone Adjustment via the Accessories App


    Been posting to the requests for quite a while, never seems to make it. If you've tried playing Xbox 360 shooters via back compat, you know what I mean when I say the aiming is messed up. This is simply due to deadzones on the 360 being different from the new controllers. We really need system level deadzone adjustment for controllers via the Accessories app. So many old 360 shooters suffer from bad deadzones and are impossible to aim and it would be a shame for all the old CoD games to come to Game Pass next year and not be playable due to bad controls. Anyone else asked for deadzone customization vis the Accessories app?

    Xbox elite series 2 thumbstick drift issues

    How do you adjust the deadzones in the accessories app? as far as I can see you can only change the sensitivity curve and cant see any specific adjustment for deadzone.

    Have you tried changing the settings in the Xbox Accessories app? Try adjusting the deadzone settings on the stick until the drift dissapears.

    thank you for your reply.

    It happens in every game where i can adjust deadzone. I have to set similar values (9-10 out of 100) in order to avoid stick drift so i want to know if this controller has problem or everybody have to set such big values. Left stick can have deadzone set to 0 without drifting.

    Regarding Xbox Accessories - i have this app.
