Deadspace 3 lost purchase history

This is a PSA for anyone having issues with your deadspace 3 DLC.

If you've only ever used one account and you're 100% sure you purchased the DLC when it released in 2013, but it isn't showing up on the xbox one when you go to manage the game, check your purchase history all the way back to Feburary 5th 2013. If you are unable
to find the DLC you purchased, make a post here, and be sure to contact support... Support will not be able to locate it either.

I have spoken to 7 different people who have all had their purchases "disappear" off their accounts. There is a fault in Microsoft records in concerns with deadspace and they need to investigate it. So if you're having this issue please:

-Make a post about it here, so the forum support staff can see it

-Contact their support staff directly and insist they notify their backend about this error

Trouble with the game dlc etc

Hey Kamikaze, just to let you know you're not alone.... Myself as well as the 3 friends I went to the midnight release for deadspace 3 with all have the same problem. Have them check your purchase history for deadspace 3. It's quite likely all purchase data
is missing. For some reason Microsoft lost my deadspace 3 purchases. I've talked to 4 of their support techs and every one insists it cannot happen, that it must have been an alternate account, or blah blah blah yet there are reports popping up all over of
missing purchases related to deadspace. Mister Beep, if you see this, kindly have your guys look into why these purchases are not in the accounts, there is very clearly a fault with Microsoft records keeping and could cause future problems...
