    Deadspace 2 co-op


    Hello. I've been contacting xbox online support for 3 days now trying to figure this out. But before i begin. I've done every reset known to man other than buying a new console itself. I've reset literally all my settings from manually customed to default
    over and over. Ive gotten my NAT connection to Open from Moderate. But i still get the same error fode whem trying to play deadspace 2 co-op. I got to purchase the online pass (which is free due to game pass) & when i go to confirm it says.

    "Xbox Live,

    Premium Contentis blocked for this profile.

    To change your privacy and online settings go to Settings, Privacy." Im at a loss. What do I do? The si6le purpose in buying the game again was to play online with friends.
