Dead XB1 (won't turn on)

Discus and support Dead XB1 (won't turn on) in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; So went to try and play my xbox one today.     Dead XB1 (won't turn on)


    So went to try and play my xbox one today.

    Pressed power button and nothing

    Disc eject button does nothing

    Unplugged power brick from wall outlet (to try to do a cold hard boot)

    Tried another XB1 power brick and same result

    Tried multiple outlets

    Power brick light is orange

    No beeps/boops

    Its a Day One edition so warranty is long gone, anyone else experience this?

    XB1 turns TV off when I turn it on

    Very helpful! One last question though... if I disable that feature I'm assuming my TV won't turn on when I use voice command to turn on my XB1 when everything is off, right?

    Console won't turn on.

    Just today my xbox one won't turn on, there is a orange light on the power brick but the console won't turn on it is like it is dead. I have followed the trouble shooting page but no luck. None of *** buttons on the console do anything and it won't turn
    on via a controller. Anyone have a fix? Cheers

    That happened to my day one a few weeks ago, buttons did nothing, tried unplugging from the wall until the orange light went away, nothing, ended up unplugging the power brink from the wall and console for about 5 minutes and it came back on.

    Whelp, its been sitting for a about 2 hours unplugged and no workie...

    So what are my options?

    Send it in to MS? (Cost?)

    Take it apart?

    does anyone sell any parts for the ones?

    Buy new?

    Brings me back to the old days, sending in the 360 a bunch of times to get the RROD fixed..

    It depends. If you wanted to get QB. There is a bundle for that. And if you wanted to get that pro controller MS has. There is a bundle for that too. But you not into this. The next best choses is send it to MS. Because if you fix it yourself. You risk
    of having your console banned from XBOX LIVE forever.

    Unfortunately If it doesn’t work when connected to your console with a USB cable, your controller needs to be replaced.

    That won't be for awhile now because my network settings section won't leave the "detailed network settings" screen. Even after I quit the app and turn off the XB1, so I can't get the IP

    I can see sometimes wanting to turn off the XB1 to just watch TV... unless the turn off alerts feature is prominent enought to do so.... nothing worse than watching Walking dead... having 1000 friends... and every 5 seconds.. X IS ONLINE... or X WANTS PEOPLE
