Dead space not working Xbox one

My dead space won't launch on Xbox one , I keep getting error code 0x87e10007. Please help. It says this game might not be playable yet.

What comes to mind?

I loved the first Dead Space and rate it as one of the best games available on Xbox360, did not like Dead Space 2 and didn't bother with Dead Space 3.

Hi , It might not have finished installing , check if you have the space to install it on your Xbox One , as Dead Space has just been added to Backwards compatibility it might not had time to migrate all the data . Consider changing your region , sometimes
that helps also you could also restart your console

 

I had the same issue with Dead Space. Fully powering down the xbox didn't help, but powering down and pulling the power from the brick and waiting about 10 seconds resolved the problem.

 

I have the same problem as well, I tried uninstalling then re-installing but that did nothing. I've looked for answers and found nothing, it sucks because I love Dead Space and was super excited to play it again.

 

Edit: I just tried the suggested commdnt of unplugging it for about 10 seconds, this works and I am now playing this glorious game again

 

I installed it and it says wait the relese date to come out

I have another problem. I have the collectors edition but i can't download the online pass and i can't load the collectors edition suit. And that means i cant load and play my old savegames :/ has anybody this problem too?
