Dead Space is demanding EA access after telling me it's free on Games With Gold

So as the title says I am having issues downloading dead space. I go to the Games With Gold menu to download the game and it says "free with gold" but when I click on the button it changes and says "free with EA access" and demands that u get a subscription
to EA access if I want to download the game. I want to download it with games with gold not EA access! Is there a way too make my Xone do this properly or am I just not going to get the game this month?

Lost deadspace 1 even though I owned it

So yesterday I went to play dead space 1. I got the error code 0x803f800b. I did have Xbox live gold active. So I restarted the console. That didn't work. Then I deleted the game to reinstall it. But when I went to reinstall it said pay $14.99 what's up
with that.

I downloaded that game when it was free shouldn't I still own it. I did contact customer support but they couldn't help me. They said i didn't own dead space. Help would be welcome.

I played dead space a week ago. Support said it was not on the list of owned games for my account to clarify. The only time I had ea. access was many months ago.

My ea access expired on 7/23/16

I looked online. Get this there are now 2 instances of dead space on the Microsoft marketplace. Maybe that could possibly cause the glitch

Games with gold - Dead space - ea access

Hello everyone, i had a strange problem...

I downloaded dead space on my xbox one the first days of April. Then i run it till the menu, and i quit the game. I never run it again.

Tonight i decided to play the game, but when i start, it goes back on the dashboard with a message that said that i don't have the game, or stuff like this.

So i decided to uninstall the game........now it's no more downloadable on my games list, i don't see it on the list.

I have the bad feeling that this is because of the ea access trial that i redeemed about one month ago, because i went to the ea access vault and i saw that they included dead space on the vault....who has tried ea access know that when the subscription ends,
the games are no more playable, and if you run it, you get the same message i told you before; and clearly if you uninstall the game you can't see it in your downloadable game list.

Does anyone has the same problem? This is very frustrating...

Try purchasing the game on xbox.com here:
marketplace.xbox.com/.../66acd000-77fe-1000-9115-d80245410857 (you may need to change you region)

Then go to "My Games & Apps" on your Xbox One console and all the way to the right of the games you should see it under "Ready to install".

If for some reason it isn't there. Try hard resetting your console (hold the power button for about 5 seconds) and after you've booted up again, give it a couple of minutes and it should appear there.

 

So that would be great but I can't download it on the website without putting a credit card on the account which I do not have and are thus unable to do so

You won't be able to download the game anyways without a valid payment method on file (Credit/Debit Card or PayPal Account). With the latest update, the Xbox One made it possible to purchase and download Xbox 360 games straight from the console. However,
this was done by mimicking the Xbox.com store. Therefore, the only way to download the free Games with Gold titles without having to put a payment method on your account is straight through an Xbox 360.

Than why was I able to download The Wolf Among Us? Is it only 360 games that require a credit card? If that's the case then it doesn't make sense why it would be set up like that.
