Dead Space Ignition missing licence. Backwards compatible.

So after a length convosation on Microsoft support chat representative.

I've discovered I don't own the license for Dead Space: Ignition

Even though I purchased it on my 360 back in 2010

It downloads and re-downloads on multiple Xbox 360s I'm signed in on but not on my Xbox one. Seeing as its been backwards compatible for a day or two. It asks for money, on xbox one store and xbox.com

He pointed me here as he thought it may be a preview program issue. I'm a preview member.

I'm not so sure that's the issue

I own Dead Space Ignition since it's release in 2011. I can find the game in the store but it asks me to buy it. Why won't it show up in my avaliable downloads because I already own it?

Are you able to see your purchase on our Xbox 360 Purchase History page? If you cannot find it there, I'm afraid that may indicate the account you're posting from does not own the game. If you are able to find the purchase on that page, please fill out the

Is it possible that the game was purchased on another account that shares your Xbox 360 consoles? Alternatively, do you see the game listed in your >>My Games<<
section?

Generally speaking, if multiple store pages are asking for payment for the game, that would indicate that the account you are using does not own the license for the game in question. If you have proof of purchase, feel free to send me a screenshot of that
via Xbox Live and we can take a closer look.

Same issue here, but I got a code with Dead Space 2 and redeemed it on this account.

Bionic Commando Re-Armed 2 did not show up for me when it went BC. It finally appeared after another dashboard update one week later.
