Dead space ignition "do you own this game"

I bought the game years ago on the 360 and when I got my xbox one, I downloaded all my backwards conpat games including dead space ignition. Whenever I try to play it, and I never had this issue with any other game, it says I dont own the digital rights
to it. Now I dont think it was a disk game, it's an arcade game and I know I own it, heck its installed in my system but I didnt care because theres alot of new games I had.

Well I'm revisiting the issue and when I install the game and go to the market place, I dont mind buying it again for $5 and the console thanks me for buying it and allows me to download it but I dont get a confirmation email nor does it reflect on my bank
account and game is still u playable.

Any way around this? I don't have my 360, it's in a box in my parents attic but I'm sure its installed on there.

Do you also have an issue with connecting to online games as I am experiencing this problem as well at the moment?

Sorry to hear it. Have you tried searching the 360 version of the game on the Xbox Store?

Does it appear in your Microsoft account purchase history? https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

Does your game work if you power your Xbox One off completely? Hold down the power button on the console until machine powers off. Wait a few moments then power back up, and then check it again.
