Dead Space: Ignition and KOF Sky Stage purchased, but neither appear under 'Ready to install' ...

I had a similar issue previously and XBox Support (specifically Miss Bijoux) was able to help me out.

Years ago, I purchased Dead Space: Ignition and KOF Sky Stage on my XBox 360. I was going to install the new BC versions on my X1, but they do not appear under 'Ready to install'. Going to their respective links on XBox.com shows both titles as purchased.

Could support chime in and help me out again?

Previously, support needed screenshots from the purchase/download history page and from the "My Games" page here on XBox.com. Unfortunately, the My Games page barely works for me. When I load the page, it works at first, but when I press the button to goto
the next page, the games do not load and it's just a black area where the games are supposed to be.

Dead Space Ignition problem still not fixed.

Dead Space Ignition is still not in my ready to install list, and it still asks me to purchase it again in the store. What gives?

Updating my support request -- KOF Sky Stage is now available for download and is working correctly.

In the store, on marketplace.xbox.com, it tells me "Already purchased". On my Xbox 360, it downloads and plays just fine. On my Xbox One, it is not in the ready to install list, and when I go to the store, it wants me to buy it again.

This isn't the first time this has happened with an Xbox 360 title. Each time, someone at Xbox has "fixed" the issue and the title becomes available to install on the Xbox One. I own hundreds of games on the 360 and this is the third or fourth time this
has happened. They always fix this eventually. It just takes time for them to realize the problem because it has to bubble up from the forums and get to the correct engineers at Xbox.

So, it has been a month now, and I still can't install this game on my Xbox One. I've done everything that has been requested. Is there a way to find out the status of this?

Hey there.

Have you tried to download the game from the store? It should give you the option of "install" if you own the game.

Mister Beep, I just sent you a link to a pdf file with my entire purchase history. From it you can see that I downloaded the trial on 10/13/2010 and then the full game on 10/14/2010. I wasn't sure if the screenshot I did was sufficient.
