Dead Space Free With Gold

Hi all,

I went to download Dead Space free download and its was asking stating buy now for £14.99..I am a gold member and this game should be free to download this month..Anybody else having this issue..

Sometimes it take a few hours for them to change up the new games at the beginning of the month. I'd just give them a little more time and check back later.

 

It's telling me that the game is free on the xbox website, but keeps telling me that the transaction couldn't be completed. My other friend was able to through the same method. What's going on???

 

I'm also not able to download. I go through the process all the way until it says purchase with a payment option (even though it's free) and it says "Can't complete"

 

i am also not able to buy dead space today though i am a xbox live member keeps telling me transaction can't be completed try again......

 

If your account says Your account is unable to make this type of purchase it could be that your Microsoft account is a child or a teenager account.

For Gibson lad: You need to have a payment option on your Microsoft account even if the Xbox 360 backwards compatible game is free, if you don't have a payment option then you will have to download the game on your Xbox 360 if you have one

@inti23 So will you be charged if you add the payment? If so then that is some false advertising for a so called "free game." As for those like me... what if your 360 is toast? (Very original one, when it first came out)

 

As long as the game shows as free, you will not be charged if you add a payment method. It just has to be there in order for you to make a purchase.

 

Hi, I have sort of the same issue. I do have a payment method on my account, but it still isn't working. I'm trying to download the game on my xbox one, but there is no purchase option, I can just press get pricing information, and there it says that i don't
have any valid payment method, which I do have. I don't have my 360 or the actual game (which I already own) in my apartment so I can't just go on the other console to download it either. Any tips? or is it just that the OS is broken? (as usual..)

 

Did anyone sort this I am getting told I don't I don't have a payment method and won't let me add one

 

I had that problem last month with Supreme Commander 2. It never showed up as free all month and I never got to download it.
