Dead Space drive issue

I installed Dead Space (on disc) to the XB1 and played it no problem, but afterwards i've tried playing other games on disc (The Division, Farcry 4, etc...) and no other games or movies will read and it just always wants to reinstall Dead Space again even
if the disc drive is empty. I do not own the free digital copy since i had the disc so i don't see that affecting it and i played Mass Effect beforehand with no issues.

It sounds like you may be using a child account, which would not allow you to make the purchase from the console or from the website. If you have access to an Xbox 360 you'll be able to "purchase" the game from there, which will then show up in your ready
to install list on your Xbox One.

Why does it mention on the Xbox one for xbox 360 compatibility.

It's available and free for gold members on the xbox one for the playback compatibility since the game was on the x360. But when you proceed to buy it from the console on the Xbox one it keeps prompting you to go to your console and it is unable to make a purchase
from xbox.com when im already on the console...

Sorry to hear about the issue! Just to clarify, after installing Dead Space on your Xbox One, you are unable to play any other discs? If you haven't already, I suggest trying a few steps:

• Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
• Once your console has powered off, unplug the power cord.
• Wait a few minutes and then plug in your console.
• Power on your console and try playing one of your disc games.
