Dead Space download

Has anyone had trouble downloading Dead Space on XB1 today (4/1/2016)?

Can't redownload Dead Space

Is xbox live having a problem? I tried to re download dead space it will start then I get a message " can't download dead space"

I just Bought Dead Space 1 and am trying to download it but, every time I get to like 20% it says it can't download. I've tried clearing my cache and turning off the console but it won't work. Can I get some help please?

 

Won't download for me at all, just keeps telling me that cannot complete your purchase at this time.I actually have the game on disk, thinking of just going down that route but would prefer not to have to put the disk in every time I want to play.

 

same issue for me, my son and my daughters accounts. so must be an issue thier side?

 

for me, it says the region code is incorrect to my consoles, i haven't had any other problems in downloading other games, but this?

please help, microsoft.

 

I had the same problem, my work around was booting up my 360 and downloading it from there. As soon as it started downloading, it appeared on my XB1 ready for downloading. I then downloaded as normal. Of course, if you haven't got a 360 this ain't gonna
work.

 

apparently its a glitch where the os doesn't recognise your a gold member. hopefully a patch will be issued tomorow

 

I am wondering if they are going to fix this, because it still won't download on the Xbox One (I don't own a 360 anymore).
